Refund Policy
Refund terms for paid training programs, career services and employer packages.
Training programs
- • Full refund if you cancel at least 3 days before the batch start date.
- • 50% refund if you withdraw within the first week of a batch.
- • No refund after the first week; a one-time batch transfer may be allowed.
Career services
- • Resume writing and LinkedIn services are refundable before work begins.
- • Once a draft is delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
- • Missed counselling or mock interview slots can be rescheduled once.
Employer packages
- • Unused job post credits can be carried forward within the plan period.
- • Job posting fees are non-refundable once a listing is published.
- • Enterprise contracts follow the refund terms in the signed agreement.
How to request a refund
- • Email your invoice number and reason to our support address.
- • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
