Purna Jobs never charges candidates. Learn how to spot and report fraudulent job offers.
We never ask for money
- • Purna Workforce Solutions does not charge candidates for job applications, interviews or offer letters.
- • No genuine employer will ask for a registration, security or training deposit.
- • Never pay for a job through UPI, gift cards or personal bank transfers.
Warning signs of a scam
- • Offer letters received without any interview.
- • Salary that is far above the market rate for the role.
- • Communication only through personal email or messaging apps.
- • Pressure to pay or decide immediately.
Protect your information
- • Do not share Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or OTPs with a recruiter.
- • Share original documents only after joining, at the employer's office.
- • Keep a written record of all offer communication.
Report a suspicious job
- • Email us the job details and any screenshots you have.
- • We remove flagged listings and blacklist the employer while we investigate.
- • For financial fraud, also report to the national cybercrime helpline 1930.
