Customer Support Executive

Job description

Handle inbound customer queries for a domestic telecom process. Freshers are welcome; training is provided before you go live on calls.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and resolve service requests
• Log interactions accurately in the CRM
• Escalate unresolved issues to the right team
• Meet daily quality and call-handling targets

Eligibility

• Minimum Intermediate qualification
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (no night shifts for women)
• Fluency in Telugu and working English
